Staff Bios

Elizabeth McNeill


Liz is the oldest daughter of Steve McNeill and has his

same contagious laughter.  She is the first woman in 

the McNeill line to head the family store. Liz is a 2001 graduate

of Herrin High School. She is friendly, outgoing and wants you to

be a friend as well as a customer. First and foremost, she always

wants you to be happy.

Robin Vinyard


Robin is a 1991 graduate of Herrin High school and has been

working in the jewelry industry since 1993. She has been on staff

at Diamond Designs since 2001. She is a Certified Diamontologist

and is a GIA alumnus. She performs all of the pearl and bead stringing

as well as all engraving. Robin has a vast knowledge that spans everything

from repairs to sales.

Shaunda Hale

Sales Associate

Shaunda has a history in the banking industry and has made the

switch to jewelry. Her kind disposition and attention to detail will

be a plus when it comes to picking out your next piece.

Abigail Potter

Sales Associate

Abigail is  a graduate of Benton High School and is an up and coming jewelry

expert. She has an fresh eye for detail and guaranteed to get the job done efficiently.

Her unique style and creativity will help you select the jewelry you’ve

been dreaming about.

Sarah Mills

Sales Associate

Sarah is originally from North Carolina.  She has several years of experience in
various customer service positions. Her Southern accent and sweet sincerity
makes her a great jewelry assistant. She’s the one you want to invite over for
iced tea on the front porch.

Tony Craig

Tony is and accomplished jeweler with over 30 years of jewelry experience

Village Jeweler in Marion. After the owner’s retirement, Tony began

working at Diamond Designs in 2009. He is skilled at setting stones,

metal work and just about any type of jewelry repair.
